Welcome to Go Within Holistic Therapist, my name is Lisa, I am a fully qualified and insured holistic therapist offering a large variety of holistic treatments.

My journey began in 2006 when I first qualified as a Beauty Therapist and became a fully certified beautician, which I have practiced for many years treating clients and offering a wide range therapy’s.

As my own spiritual journey began to grow and expand, I started to get intrigued and interested in the Holistic therapy side of things, and this is where it began to get even more exciting for me.

I then decided that I wanted to increase my knowledge in the holistic field and added to my skill set by qualifying as a Holistic Therapist, which enabled me to offer my clients some exciting new, Mind, Body, and Spirit therapies.

My philosophy is that you only have one body, and it is important to look after it: on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. If I can help my clients achieve this, then this gives me a great sense of accomplishment.

As a holistic therapist, I listen to each of my client’s specific needs and tailor each treatment accordingly. At Go Within Holistic Therapist, you can be assured you will receive time and space for you to unwind in a relaxing environment and experience complete peace and tranquillity.
